Of all the wonderful flavors in the world, chocolate has to be one of the most delightful. I would venture to say that more people like chocolate than do not, which is high praise indeed. There are even some of us who are quite obsessed with it. 

Having spent a good bit of time in France, I was able to indulge freely in everything from pain au chocolat (chocolate bread) to chocolat chaud (hot chocolate). I sampled delectable mousses, tarts, cakes, pies, and candies of every imaginable ilk and was never once disappointed.

One thing I learned while living in France is that each country's chocolate is a bit different. Swiss chocloate is different from Belgian chocolate, and each of those are different from French chocolate. Chocolate has literally been exalted to an art form in many European countries and this trend is now exploding here in America, as well. We have even learned to combine two of my all-time favorite things, chocolate and wine. Where else but in America?

This site will enable you to try chocolates with less-than-conventional flavorings added, as well as the typical milk, dark, and white varieties we are accustomed to.
